By accessing or using Livestock Runner ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on an annual basis and are non-refundable.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
• Upgrading or downgrading your plan will result in prorated charges or credits.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any laws or regulations
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

You retain all rights to your content (animal records, photos, documents, etc.) that you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the right to share it. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Livestock Runner and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LIVESTOCK RUNNER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
